Salted Caramel Pecans

Salted Caramel Pecans recipe



 2 cups pecans

 2 tablespoons butter

 ¼ cup brown sugar 

2 tablespoons water

Le Saunier de Camargue Fleur de Sel


Preheat the oven to 375 F

Spread 2 cups pecans on a oven proof tray and cake for 7 minutes.

Once done toasting the pecan, place a skillet at medium heat and melt 2 tablespoons butter.

Add ¼ cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons water. Mix it around, season with a pinch of Le Saunier de Camargue Fleur de Sel and let the sugar caramelized for 5 minutes.

Add the toasted pecans and toss it around for 2 minutes. Layer the caramelized pecans on a parchment paper or baking silpat. Sprinkle more salt all overand let it set completely.

Store in an airtight container and enjoy it as snacks, cocktails or make it a part of your cheeseplatter
