Fleur de sel

Fleur de Sel is used at the end of the cooking process to enhance the flavour of your dishes, at the table to add a crunchy touch or simply on raw vegetables to bring out their flavour. Hand-harvested by the salt workers, Fleur de Sel is formed naturally on the surface of the water through the combined action of the sun and the wind. It is the first crystallization in nature, therefore making it the purest salt one can find.  This is what gives Fleur de Sel its lightness and delicate flavour.
