Coarse sea salt

La Baleine coarse sea salt is used mainly for cooking: in pinches to salt cooking water and season dishes or for making meat and fish dishes in a salt crust. It may also be used in a grinder to season dishes at the table.

Coarse sea salt crystallises naturally through the action of the sun, the sea, the wind and the know-how of the salt workers.
