Baked Crackers with herbs, spices and sea salt
1 and ½ cup flour
½ cup fine semolina
1 and 1/2 teaspoon La Baleine Kosher Sea salt
1 teapsoon sugar
3 tablespoons ghee/butter or oil
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1 tablepsoon everything bagel spice
1 teaspoon paprika
In a bowl add 1 and ½ cup all-purpose flour, ½ cup fine semolina, 1 and 1/2 teaspoon La Baleine Kosher Sea salt, 1 teapsoon sugar and give a mix.
Then add 3 tablespoons ghee/butter or oil and mix it around until it looks crumbly
Next add 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary finely chopped, 1 tablepsoon everything bagel spice, 1 teaspoon paprika and mix.
Add water little by little to form a soft dough. Do not over knead. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 F
Roll the dough out to 1/8 inch thin and then cut the dough using cookie cutter or knife.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let the cracker cool down completely before you store in airtight jar.
NOTE: Depending on the size of the crackers, you might need more or less time to bake these.
