Salt and Pepper Air Fried Tofu
14 oz Firm Tofu
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Le Saunier de Camargue Fleur de Sel sea salt
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 cup corn flour
For extra seasoning before serving :
1/2 teaspoon Le Saunier de Camargue Fleur de Sel sea salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Wrap the firm tofu in a kitchen towel and place a heavy bowl on top to release all the excess water. Leave aside for 30 minutes.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 F
Slice the tofu into bite size cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
To the mixing bowl add the rest of the ingredients. Mix it all around.
Spray oil on the air fryer tray and layer the marinated tofu bites. Spray more oil on top and air fry for 15 minutes. Shake once in between.
Mix the ingredients mentioned for extra seasoning and keep ready. Slice some green onion for garnish.
Once the air fried tofu comes out crispy, sprinkle the extra seasoning and garnish with green onions.
