Vegetable Chips

2 firm potatoes

1 orange carrot

1 red carrot

1 yellow carrot

Flat parsley leaves

La Baleine fine sea salt

Olive oil

Pre-heat the oven to 180°. 

Wash all the vegetables and dry them thoroughly. Wash the flat parsley leaves and dry them. Cut the vegetables into thin strips with a mandolin.

Place a sheet of greaseproof paper on a large baking tray. Brush all the vegetable strips and flat parsley leaves with olive oil.

Spread the vegetable strips and flat parsley leaves out on the baking tray. Place in the pre-heated oven for 1hr/1hr15.

Remove the parsley leaves from the oven and leave the chips to dry. Once dry, take the vegetable chips out of the oven and salt them with “La Baleine fine salt”. The chips are ready to eat.
